Oh, and most importantly, against a Lincoln Riley coached team.

A Lincoln Riley team was more physical than an LSU team
Let that sink in

Our offensive line is so overrated. Decent at pass protection but can’t run black for sh*te

Everyone can talk about whatever they want. This o-line, that really does have a lot of talent, was bad. That’s the biggest problem of all tonight.

The 3rd and short play call was supposed to be a showcase for our oline and they got blown up.
Completely disappointing

Let’s get one thing clear. Our OL is excellent at pass blocking. Hella average at run blocking. Some of that is scheme and some of it is execution

The Oline hype was such a ridiculous canard.

We won’t be able to run on anyone with the style of offense we run and no dual threat qb. Ain’t happening.

To be fair, that new DC turned the sissy blue of UCLA into a top 20 defense in a single year.
He’s a hell of a DC and our C and G’s were not getting the push we needed all night. Pass blocking we were great, but we couldn’t move sh*te on the inside.

Best OL can’t do much against a loaded box because they know Nuss isn’t a mobile quarterback.

Yet they kept going back to the run late in the game. Nuss executed everything extremely well in the first half and then we took him out of the game via the play calling. Emery had 2-3 nice runs and then the play calling completely changed.
BK shriveled up tonight. He wanted the defense to go and win it for us despite knowing they are not good. bullsh*te scenario for Baker, who did a solid job and it’s clear we are much improved defensively. Guys were actually in the right position to compete. But I have no clue why BK would rely on our D to win it for us.
